Responsibilities

Your task with us is to provide our clients with safe and good care, support in daily life, and a stimulating leisure time.

As a nursing assistant in home care, you are an important part of our clients' lives. You provide support in everyday life, from personal hygiene and social interaction to activities and accompaniment. You also have delegated health and medical care tasks based on the client's needs.

• Be a designated care contact.
• Have representative roles.
• Help with household chores such as cleaning, meals, and laundry.
• Assist clients with weekly shopping via iPad.
• Maintain documentation.

📅Working hours: Day, evening, and every other weekend.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is secure and has a genuine interest in people. You have the ability to work independently, taking responsibility for your work and contributing to the development of the business by taking your own initiatives. Collaboration skills and empathy are important qualities, as you will have daily contact with our clients and their relatives. We also appreciate a holistic view and quality awareness in your work, where you perform your tasks in a structured and clear manner.

To be considered for this recruitment, you need to meet the following requirements:

• Trained Nursing Assistant.
• Provide proof of protected professional title or service certificate confirming that you were permanently employed with the title of nursing assistant as of July 1, 2023.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills.
• Be able to cycle or have a B driver's license.

It is meritorious to:

• Have previously worked in care and nursing.
• Have experience with social documentation.
• Be able to present a VOC diploma.
